Travel Advisor with German and English (m/f/d)

Main responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and professional support to across various platforms (chat, email, phone), ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction;
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering empathetic and effective support throughout the whole travel process;
• Promote opportunities to travel and other products to prospective customers;
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s offerings, policies, and procedures to provide informed assistance.

Job requirements:

• Fluency in German (C1/C2);
• Very good level of English (B2/C1);
• Customer related experience is a plus;
• Availability to work at office location in Gdansk, Poland;
• Availability to work on shifts.
