Main Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and optimize short-form written prompts following brand voice and content quality standards
• Design smooth and intuitive conversation flows to enhance user experience
• Collaborate on improving a speech AI system – content may span a range of topics, including sensitive or nuanced areas
• Review and validate written content for factual accuracy, tone, and creativity
• Generate and evaluate prompt suggestions and written responses
• Ensure content consistently aligns with target audience expectations and tone of voice

Main Requirements:

• Willingness and ability to work on-site in our Essen office location
• EU citizenship or valid German work authorization
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Fluent Danish/Dutch or Swedish language skills and a minimum B2 level in English
• Exceptional written communication, grammar, and stylistic accuracy
• A creative approach to generating engaging content and prompts
• Analytical skills to assess content performance and improve conversation flows
• A self-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
• Comfort in dealing with a wide variety of content types, including sensitive material
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
